Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

We are a growing outpatient psychiatry practice providing high\-quality telehealth mental health care to children, adolescents, and adults across Washington State. We are seeking a board\-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who is already fully credentialed and actively practicing in Washington. Position Type Independent Contractor (1099\) Fully remote / telehealth Flexible schedule (you set your hours) Established patient panel available immediately REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (Must Have ALL) Applicants must meet all of the following: Active Washington State ARNP license Board Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP\-BC or equivalent) Active DEA registration Currently residing in Washington State Minimum 1–2 years of independent psychiatric prescribing experience Experience managing a broad range of outpatient psychiatric conditions PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Child, adolescent, and adult psychiatry experience Telehealth experience Comfort managing medication follow\-ups independently Experience in high\-volume outpatient settings ROLE HIGHLIGHTS Established practice with existing patient demand Focus on medication management and follow\-up care No administrative burden beyond clinical documentation Virtual assistant support available for scheduling and billing workflows and credentialing with insurance Consistent referral stream already in place COMPENSATION Competitive percentage\-based compensation (independent contractor model) Details discussed during interview based on experience and availability HOW TO APPLY Please email your CV and cover letter to charmaine@themountainhealth.org Only candidates who clearly meet ALL required qualifications will be considered.
