Zoomin Groomin is one of the fastest\-growing mobile pet grooming companies in the Dayton area, and we're looking for an organized, customer\-focused Scheduler \& Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast\-paced environment, loves staying organized, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience. After completing a 3\-day in\-person training period, this position will be primarily remote. Candidates must live within reasonable driving distance of Dayton, Ohio, as occasional in\-person meetings and training sessions may be required. ### ### Schedule Approximately 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM 4 days per week Primarily weekday hours Occasional weekend availability may be needed ### ### About Zoomin Groomin At Zoomin Groomin, we provide a premium mobile grooming experience that comes directly to our clients' homes. We're proud of our positive, supportive culture and are looking for someone who wants to grow alongside a company that's expanding rapidly throughout the region. ### ### Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and text messages from customers and prospective clients Schedule, reschedule, and manage appointments using MoeGo software Provide grooming estimates and quotes based on pet breed, size, coat condition, and service needs Educate customers on available grooming services and recommend appropriate add\-on services Follow up with customers after appointments to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback Maintain accurate client records and appointment information Coordinate scheduling changes and communication with grooming staff Assist with customer retention and rebooking efforts Support online reviews, social media engagement, and other administrative projects as needed Help create a smooth, professional experience for every customer interaction ### Qualifications ------------------ Required: Previous customer service experience Previous scheduling, dispatching, receptionist, or administrative experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Comfortable learning new software and technology platforms Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace Ability to work independently and stay productive without direct supervision Preferred: Knowledge of dog breeds and grooming terminology Experience in the pet industry Experience using MoeGo or similar scheduling software Technology Requirements Applicants must have a reliable computer, high\-speed internet connection, and a professional workspace suitable for handling customer calls and messages. Zoomin Groomin will provide all necessary software, systems access, and training. ### ### Who Will Thrive in This Role?
