Responsibilities Coordinate all aspects of real estate transactions, including preparing and reviewing contracts, disclosures, and closing documents Maintain open communication with clients, agents, escrow officers, lenders, and title companies to ensure timely progress of each deal Manage calendar appointments, deadlines, and key dates to keep transactions on track Enter data accurately into transaction management systems and ensure all documentation is complete and compliant Handle phone inquiries using multi\-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, providing excellent customer support Organize files, proofs of documentation, and correspondence through efficient filing systems both digitally (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office) and physically Proofread contracts and related documents to ensure accuracy and clarity before submission Requirements Proven office management or administrative experience with a focus on real estate or related fields Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, data entry, and basic office skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills. Experience with clerical tasks such as proofreading, filing, calendar management, and document proofreading Knowledge of real estate transaction processes or previous experience as a transaction coordinator or personal assistant in a real estate setting is advantageous Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining professionalism at all times This paid position offers an engaging environment where your administrative expertise directly contributes to successful property transactions.
