Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail\-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi\-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and team members. Your organizational skills and office management expertise will ensure smooth daily operations, creating a positive first impression and supporting our administrative functions. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with strong clerical and office experience to thrive in a dynamic environment. Duties Greet visitors warmly, verify appointments, and direct them appropriately Answer multi\-line phone systems promptly with professional phone etiquette Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail distribution Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and document proofreading Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and travel arrangements Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software Provide customer support by addressing inquiries efficiently and courteously Perform clerical duties including typing, data entry, filing, and document preparation using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Requirements Proven office or administrative experience with strong organizational skills Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace Experience with multi\-line phone systems and phone etiquette Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse clientele effectively Familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping software is preferred Excellent typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks Strong attention to detail for proofreading documents and managing records Ability to manage time effectively in a fast\-paced environment Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while supporting the daily operations of our organization.
