Papagikos Law is growing and seeking a skilled, detail\-oriented Business Immigration Paralegal to support sophisticated employment\-based and talent\-based immigration matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal who enjoys meaningful case responsibility, direct client communication, and the satisfaction of helping individuals, employers, professionals, executives, entrepreneurs, and talented applicants move through important immigration processes with confidence. This is not a clerical role. You will be a trusted part of the case team and will help move matters forward from intake through filing under attorney supervision. WHAT YOU'LL DO In this role, you will assist with a variety of business immigration matters, including: · H\-1B, L\-1A/L\-1B, O\-1A/O\-1B, P\-1, E\-2, and TN matters · PERM labor certification support · I\-140 petitions, including EB\-1, EB\-2, NIW, and EB\-3 matters · I\-485 adjustment of status filings · Consular processing and visa stamping preparation YOU WILL ALSO: · Prepare immigration forms, cover letters, evidence packets, and supporting documents under attorney supervision · Organize case files, exhibits, records, and supporting evidence · Track deadlines, expirations, RFEs, notices, and case milestones · Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, employers, and HR representatives · Request and follow up on required documents · Provide procedural updates while avoiding legal advice · Maintain accurate updates in case management systems and internal trackers · Assist with USCIS, Department of Labor, and consular filing logistics · Help ensure each matter is moving forward in accordance with firm standards WHO YOU ARE · Takes ownership of your work · Notices details others may miss · Follows through without constant reminders · Communicates clearly and professionally · Can manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities · Understands that immigration filings require accuracy and care · Enjoys being trusted with meaningful responsibility · Works well independently while staying aligned with attorney direction REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS · Prior business immigration paralegal experience strongly preferred · Working knowledge of employment\-based immigration processes · Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines · Professional judgment and discretion with confidential information · Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management systems · Ability to work independently in a remote environment PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS · Experience with extraordinary\-ability, high\-skill, or talent\-based cases · Familiarity with PERM recruitment and labor certification processes · Spanish language skills · Prior experience in a small or solo law firm environment WHAT WE OFFER · Competitive compensation based on experience · Two weeks of vacation after 90 days · Paid holidays · Remote flexibility · Direct mentorship from the attorney · Hands\-on experience with sophisticated business immigration matters · A respectful, professional work environment that values competence, accountability, and client service A NOTE ABOUT OUR STANDARDS We care deeply about quality.
