Key Objectives ------------------ Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure seamless office operations. Manage documentation, correspondence, and data entry with accuracy and attention to detail. Assist various departments by facilitating communication and coordinating office activities. Responsibilities -------------------- Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally and promptly. Maintain and organize office files, records, and databases. Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal and external documents as needed. Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders to ensure adequate stock levels. Support scheduling and calendar management for meetings and appointments. Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting when required. Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency. Perform other clerical duties to support the team and company objectives. Requirements ---------------- High school diploma. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish language skills are advantageous. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
