Position Summary

We’re currently looking for a dependable and motivated Executive Assistant to provide part\-time support directly to our CEO. This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast\-paced environment, stays organized under pressure, and can confidently manage a variety of administrative responsibilities with minimal oversight.

The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and capable of keeping priorities on track while helping improve day\-to\-day workflow and communication.

Responsibilities Calendar \& Time Management

Maintain and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, including appointments, meetings, schedule adjustments, and reminders to ensure priorities are handled efficiently.

Email \& Communication Support

Review incoming emails, organize communications by urgency, draft professional responses when needed, and help ensure timely follow\-up on important matters.

Meeting Preparation \& Coordination

Schedule meetings, assist with preparation materials or agendas, document important notes, and help track action items after discussions.

Administrative \& Operational Assistance

Help manage ongoing tasks, monitor deadlines, organize digital documents, maintain accurate records, and provide support for various internal projects or business initiatives.

Executive Support

Assist with daily operational needs so leadership can remain focused on company growth, decision\-making, and high\-level priorities.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, Virtual Assistant, or similar support position
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent time management and organizational ability
  • High attention to detail and follow\-through
  • Comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace, email systems, online calendars, and video meeting platforms
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently
  • Professional discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information
