Position: Administrative Assistant \- Rehab Department
Job Status: Full Time, Monday \- Friday

- Responsible for assisting patients and making appointments
- Responsible for data entry
- Other general office duties as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- BLS required or within 6 months of hire
- 2 years' experience in an office setting preferred
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills a must
- Handles confidential information appropriately and with discretion
- Working knowledge of computer applications and basic office equipment
