Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and motivated Call Center Agent to join our dynamic customer support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and solutions through inbound and outbound follow up calls. (NO COLD CALLING) Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help build strong relationships with diverse customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales, client service, and data entry skills while contributing to a positive customer experience. This position will start as Part Time with the potential to become Full Time with full benefits for the right individual.
Duties
- Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism, courtesy, and a friendly attitude
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests, gather feedback, or promote products and services
- Assist clients with account information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints effectively
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using Google Suite, AI system, and CRM systems
- Perform data entry tasks quickly and accurately to update customer profiles and transaction logs
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, active listening, and clear communication skills during all interactions
- Support sales initiatives by identifying customer needs and offering suitable solutions or products
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable; fluency in English is required, with additional languages considered a plus
- Previous call center experience or customer support background is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers positively over the phone
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills for data entry and documentation
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism and patience
- Bilingual candidates who can communicate effectively in multiple languages are encouraged to apply
- Experience in sales or client services will be advantageous for success in this role
