Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi\-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors and clients. Responsibilities

  • Handle front desk duties including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
  • Maintain organized filing systems, data entry, and accurate record keeping using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software
  • Assist with clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and performing light bookkeeping with QuickBooks or similar tools
  • Support office management activities including supply inventory, mail distribution, and maintaining a tidy reception area
  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, both in person and via phone or email
  • Experience

  • Proven office experience or administrative background with a focus on front desk operations
  • Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
  • Experience with multi\-line phone systems and phone etiquette in a fast\-paced environment
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
  • Previous roles such as dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant experience are advantageous
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively
  • Clerical experience involving filing, proofreading, calendar management, and customer support is preferred

    Pay: $22\.65 \- $35\.00 per hour
