Duties

  • Greet customers and visitors at the front desk with a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Manage multi\-line phone systems to handle incoming calls promptly and courteously
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office management tools
  • Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and document proofreading
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person with excellent phone etiquette and patience
  • Perform clerical duties including typing correspondence, updating databases like QuickBooks, and supporting bookkeeping activities
  • Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office administration or customer service roles; prior dental or medical receptionist experience is a plus
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs
  • Demonstrated phone etiquette and professional communication skills
  • Experience with multi\-line phone systems and office management software such as QuickBooks preferred
  • Ability to handle clerical tasks such as proofreading, filing, and calendar management accurately
  • Previous experience in administrative support roles like personal assistant or office clerk is advantageous
