About the Role

• Provide psychotherapy services to patients in a long\-term care setting

Qualifications

• LPC, LMHC, or LMFT independent practice licensure in the state of Indiana
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills

Compensation is fee for service (FFS). Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $94,910 to $112,692 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
