Responsibilities:
\- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
\- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
\- Manage and organize office files, documents, and records
\- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
\- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
\- Act as a personal assistant to the management team as needed
\- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
\- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
\- Assist with organizing and coordinating office events or meetings
Skills:
\- Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
\- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
\- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
\- Experience with office management software or other computerized systems
\- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
\- Attention to detail and accuracy in performing data entry tasks
\- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
\- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
