Who We Are

HMG Socials is a boutique social media agency serving luxury home service brands. High\-end builders, architects, and interior designers in the NYC and Greenwich. We produce short\-form video content and social media at a high volume and an even higher standard. Small team, serious clients, fast\-moving operation.

The Role

We're looking for a full\-time Executive Assistant and Content Operations Manager to own the day\-to\-day pipeline and take the operational load off the founder. This is not a task\-execution role. We need someone who takes full ownership, spots problems before they happen, and runs things without being managed.

What You'll Own

  • Managing the full content pipeline across multiple clients in Notion
  • Writing clear, specific briefs for video editors before every assignment
  • Quality controlling every piece of content before it reaches a client, no exceptions
  • Verifying that every client revision has been implemented before sending back
  • Following up with editors proactively to prevent delays
  • Sourcing and vetting new editors as needed
  • Sending daily beginning and end of day updates without being asked
  • Supporting client communication through Discord
  • Building and maintaining SOPs, checklists, and Loom walkthroughs
  • Keeping the founder fully informed at all times without being asked
  • What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in operations, executive support, or project coordination
  • Background in a content, marketing, or creative agency is a strong plus
  • Strong written communication and an eye for detail
  • Proficient in Notion, Google Drive, Discord, and Metricool or willing to learn fast
  • Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to work more efficiently
  • Someone who sees daily reporting as a core part of the job, not an interruption
  • Honest, proactive, and accountable without needing to be reminded
  • What to Expect

  • 38 to 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm EST
  • Fast onboarding, you will be expected to contribute immediately
  • Clear KPIs so you always know how you are performing
  • Direct, honest communication from leadership
  • Room to grow as the agency scales
  • Compensation reviewed after 90 days based on performance
