We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team! The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail\-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to create a welcoming environment for visitors and clients while efficiently managing office tasks.
Duties
- Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly, providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage multi\-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and direct calls to appropriate team members with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform data entry, proofread documents for accuracy, and handle clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using calendar management software
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle inquiries professionally and courteously
- Familiarity with multi\-line phone systems, data entry, filing procedures, and proofing documents accurately
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently with excellent time management skills and attention to detail
- Personal assistant or office management experience that demonstrates reliability and proactive problem\-solving
