Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Executive Administrative Assistant to support day\-to\-day business operations and executive leadership. This role combines executive support with operational coordination across our construction, development, and property management activities. The position includes light involvement in construction\-related administrative tasks, requiring strong attention to detail and consistent follow\-through.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and prioritizing commitments
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
  • Communicate with tenants regarding rent matters, lease documentation, and general property\-related issues
  • Monitor and follow up on late or returned rent payments
  • Assist with lease execution, including coordinating and facilitating tenant signings
  • Coordinate utility account setup and transfers (electric, water, gas) for properties
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to confirm material orders and delivery schedules
  • Support construction administrative tasks, including tracking deliveries, maintaining organized project documentation, and following up on outstanding items
  • Maintain organized records of leases, invoices, and other business documentation
  • Track ongoing tasks and ensure timely follow\-up across projects and operations
  • Provide general administrative and operational support as needed
  • Qualifications

  • 1–3\+ years of administrative or operations experience
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accountability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in construction, real estate, or property management
  • Familiarity with basic construction workflows or project coordination
  • Experience supporting executives or managing calendars

Pay: $45,000\.00 \- $70,000\.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Norcross, GA 30093
