Administrative Assistant to the President(Consist of HR Support, Operations, and Vendor Coordination)PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:

This position has the primary responsibility of sending out all client communication, coordinating meetings for the President, and provide administrative support to the Management Team.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e\-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf.
  • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records of productions, products, testing, ect.
  • Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
  • Managing all communication with external clients.
  • Production planning including but not limited to programming batches per day, executing a raw materials report per PO, and analyzing raw materials, convert and track food manufacturing metrics (weights and yields)
  • Closing out productions by analyzing production output, preparing packing lists, and sending client final invoice.
  • Generating financial reports on Quickbooks.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary.
  • Assist with human resources; planning and workforce allocation
  • Coordinate between production, warehouse, and accounting teams
  • Assist in procurement analysis and purchasing planning
  • Required Skills \& Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis)
  • Understanding of manufacturing or food production environments
  • Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Self\-motivated, organized, and detail\-oriented
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Job Type: Full\-time

    Pay: $50,000\.00 per year
