Working alongside team members on day\-to\-day responsibilities, to ensure smooth operations amongst the office department. Assisting the teams in various tasks amongst sales, customer service, accounting and Upper Management. Looking for an individual to grow with our team, who is open to change and brings ideas to help us continuously improve our processes.
*Responsibilities*
Administrative:
o Data Entry: Updating Customer \& Vendor Accounts
o Open \& distribute mail to personnel
o Receptionist Responsibilities: greeting visitors, answering phone and transferring calls
o Scanning documents for Accounts Receivable \& Accounts Payable
o Assist in managing office and breakroom supplies:
- Inventory checks and reorder supplies with preferred vendors.
- Restock breakroom supplies, as needed.
- Check stock and provide pricing on inventory, order status updates, and assist in resolving customer issues.
- Branded merchandise, print documents, conference items, etc.
- Minimum 2\-3 years’ experience in administrative or customer service roles.
- 2\-3 years’ Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word
- Experience using Adobe Acrobat/PDF
- Experience with social media and marketing, a plus
- Education: Associates or Bachelor’s Degree Required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

o Assist in preparing and printing monthly meeting reports.
o Various printing tasks for the manufacturing department.
o Assist in planning for holiday and employee events
o Decorate the office for holidays/seasons
Sales/ Customer Service
o Assist in Order entry of customer sales orders.
o Assist in Customer Service:
o Assist with data entry for customers: update contact lists, mailing addresses, sales data.
o Complete EDI transmissions for specific customers.
o Assist in preparing sales reports for annual conferences, sales rep meetings, and customer meetings.
Accounting
o Receive and record customer payments in ERP system.
o Conduct sales tax audit – Annual Task
o Review delinquent accounts and send monthly statements to customers.
Marketing
o Assist Team and outside marketing firm on the following:
o Assist with company postings on social media: LinkedIn.
