About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail\-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily business operations and help keep internal processes running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast\-paced remote environment.

You’ll work closely with leadership and team members across departments, assisting with scheduling, communication, documentation, reporting, and general administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
  • Handle email correspondence and follow\-up communication
  • Maintain organized digital files, records, and internal documents
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and spreadsheet management
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and internal communications
  • Support client communication and appointment scheduling when needed
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and project updates across teams
  • Assist with vendor communication and invoice organization
  • Provide general operational and administrative support to leadership
  • Qualifications

  • Previous administrative, office support, or assistant experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
  • Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with CRM systems, scheduling tools, or project management platforms is a plus
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Professional, dependable, and solutions\-oriented mindset
