Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and verify data entries across multiple databases and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Manage filing systems—both digital and physical—to organize documents, reports, and records systematically.
  • Support data collection efforts by gathering information from various sources and preparing it for analysis or reporting.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to create spreadsheets, pivot tables, and perform basic data analysis to support decision\-making processes.
  • Assist with order entry and transcription tasks, ensuring all information is accurately recorded in relevant systems.
  • Maintain office supplies and perform clerical duties such as copying, scanning, and organizing documents.
  • Collaborate with team members on data\-related projects, ensuring timely completion of tasks with attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience

  • Prior experience working in an office environment or clerical role is preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with computer skills including data entry, typing, and using Microsoft Office Suite—especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with databases, ERP systems, pivot tables, and basic math skills is highly desirable.
  • Experience with filing systems, data collection methods, and order entry processes will be advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Previous administrative experience involving transcription or data management is a plus but not mandatory.
