Duties

- Operate multi\-line phone systems, handle incoming calls, and provide prompt, courteous customer support.
- Maintain accurate data entry and filing systems
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings with precision and efficiency.
- Perform clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, and organizing office supplies.
- Support office management activities by overseeing general administrative functions, including photocopying, faxing, and mailing.
- Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with strong organizational skills.
- Strong typing skills combined with meticulous proofreading for error\-free documents.
- Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast\-paced environment.
- Knowledge of office procedures such as filing systems, data entry, and calendar management ensures seamless workflow.
