Role \& responsibilities
We are looking for excellent candidates who can be part of our product support team and cater to the client’s legal admin requirements.
· Liaison with the client \& internal team for scheduling \& follow up on court dates.
· Draft default judgement application.
· Draft various legal applications such as application of substitute service , Summons of complaint, summons of Oral application etc
· Prepare notice of discovery and affidavit of documents.
· Notice of discovery and affidavit of docs
· Drafting Interrogatories \& responding to Interrogatories
· Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and best practices.
· Handle many inbound and outbound calls resolving queries.
· Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets.
· Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyse the data.
· Write and submit timely reports on performance, targets, and client queries.
· Ensure the assigned tasks are completed in the designated time frame.
