CRA Realtors is a leading mall leasing consultancy connecting top brands with India's leading mall developers.

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail\-oriented Process Coordinator to support daily operations, run internal trackers, and keep processes flowing smoothly between our Sales, MIS, Fit\-out, and Accounts teams.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update internal trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports

Coordinate across Sales, Admin, Fit\-out, and Accounts teams for smooth process flow

Follow up on pending tasks, documents, approvals, and payments

Support CRM updation and daily workflows

Document SOPs and ensure team compliance with processes

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports

Assist in deal documentation coordination (LOIs, agreements, fee letters)

Ensure accurate data entry and timely record\-keeping

Must\-Have Skills

Intermediate Excel: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, Filters, Conditional Formatting

Strong follow\-up and coordination skills

Clear written \& spoken communication in English and Hindi

Organised, systematic, and process\-driven

Comfortable with Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and email

Good to Have

Exposure to CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)

Experience in real estate, retail, or services industry

Qualification

Graduate in any stream (B.Com / BBA / BA preferred)
