Non\-CBAPosition:

  • Competitivecompensationpackageofminimum $19\.50 – Maximum $24\.25 per hour.

    KeyResponsibilities:

  • Processnewemployeefiles\&recordsandsubmitthemtotheAssistant GeneralManagerforapproval;submit appropriate paperwork to the regional accounting office.
  • Calculate\&inputdriver\&staffpayroll/ vacation intosystemforprocessing.
  • Trackattendanceforfull/part\-timeemployees.
  • Responsibleforfarereconciliation\&deposits.
  • Responsible for Trip Edit Auditing
  • AssistGeneralManagerinaccuratelytrackingovertimetoreduceandeliminateunnecessaryand/or additional punch hours.
  • Otherdutiesasrequired.
  • Qualifications:

  • HighSchoolDiplomaor GED.
  • Excellentoralandwrittencommunicationskills.
  • Abilitytomulti\-taskandworkinfastpacedenvironment.
  • Computerliteracy,10Key,MicrosoftWord,Excel,andPowerPoint.
  • Mustbeabletoworkshiftsorflexibleworkschedulesasneeded.
  • SubjecttoaDOTdrugtestingandphysicalifapplicable.DOTRegulation49CFRPart40doesnot authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
  • PhysicalRequirements:

    Theessentialfunctionsofthispositionrequiretheabilityto:

  • Workoutsideinvaryingtemperature,weather,andhumidityconditions\-100%ofthejobisperformed outside, work alone and in remote locations.
  • Sitforextendedperiods(upto6–8hoursperday);frequentlywalkforlongdistancesandonpossible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces
  • Pushandpullobjectsupto 50pounds,occasionallythroughouttheworkday;liftmaterialweighingupto 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level
  • Withstandheavytrafficareaswhileperformingthedutiesofthejob;tolerateexposuretoconsiderable amounts of dust, vehicle fumes and noise.
