Responsibilities:
Mead \& Hunt, a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, has an opportunity for a highly motivated administrative assistant. This position is a limited\-term (no benefits) position but depending on work load and staffing needs could be converted to a regular, benefits\-eligible position. Responsibilities include:
- Proofreading and editing technical documents
- Entering and maintaining data in spreadsheets and CRM database software
- Preparing reports for project managers
- Enforcing corporate style standards
- Preparing charts and graphics
- Coordinating with local printers and vendors
- Maintaining/ordering office supplies
- Maintaining schedules, meetings, and travel for staff as needed
- General office duties
- General office errands
- Associate degree in a related field
- If no degree, at least two (2\) years of office experience
- Information management/database maintenance experience
- Experience proofing/editing technical documents
- Microsoft Office experience, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Previous experience working with staff in remote locations
- CRM database software experience
A valid driver’s license and some travel will be required
