Salary Range: $17\.74 \- $19\.64 per hour
Job Type: Part Time, 20 hours per week.

Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing essential administrative and clerical support and ensuring efficient, organized office operations, with minimal independent judgment. This entry\-level position will perform routine work and adhere to established policies and procedures to complete tasks.
Core Responsibilities
+ Performs entry\-level administrative support to ensure daily operations run efficiently.
+ Performs data entry, maintains a filing system (digital/physical), updates records, and manages databases.
+ Greets visitors, answers phone calls, takes accurate messages, and directs people while projecting a professional, positive image.
+ Assists with basic administrative tasks, such as data entry and document organization, to support departmental projects.
+ Assists with basic bookkeeping and expense reports to process budget reports accurately and efficiently and helps maintain budgets.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
+ High School Diploma.
+ One (1\) year of related experience.
+ This position requires the ability to maintain the security and integrity of UT San Antonio and its infrastructure.

This position will work primarily on campus. Travel and parking expenses are the employee's responsibility.
