Duties
- Manage incoming calls using multi\-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly
- Greet clients and visitors at the front desk with a warm, welcoming attitude, providing excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and proofreading to ensure information is current and organized
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools for scheduling, correspondence, and document management
- Assist with calendar management and appointment setting for team members or clients as needed
- Support office management tasks including bookkeeping, invoicing via QuickBooks, and general clerical duties
- Handle phone etiquette with professionalism, ensuring clear communication and positive interactions at all times
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast\-paced environment
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
- Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist, personal assistant, or front desk clerk is advantageous
- Strong typing skills along with time management capabilities to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of office equipment such as multi\-line phone systems and filing systems
