We are seeking an entry\-level highly organized and professional Personal / Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. Responsibilities
- Provide clerical support including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for staff.
- Maintain office organization through effective filing systems and inventory management.

- Collaborate with team members on various administrative projects as required.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
