Position Overview
We are seeking a ServiceTitan Senior Implementation Specialist to build, configure, and maintain ServiceTitan environments across Canopy’s growing portfolio of operating companies. This is a remote position that requires frequent travel (50%) to partner locations for implementation and support activities.
In this role, you’ll own the end\-to\-end setup of ServiceTitan following Canopy’s standards—supporting new acquisitions, optimizing existing configurations, and ensuring all partners get the most from their ServiceTitan investment. You’ll report directly to the Director of Integrations and work closely with teams across marketing, finance, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation \& Configuration
- Lead full\-cycle ServiceTitan implementations for new acquisitions, including setup, configuration, deployment, training, and go\-live support.
- Analyze existing workflows and design optimized ServiceTitan environments that align with Canopy standards and local operational nuances.
- Configure ServiceTitan modules, permissions, and features based on business requirements.
- Oversee data validation, import, and migration during onboarding.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth system integrations across departments.
- Serve as the main technical contact for ServiceTitan requests, troubleshooting, and user support.
- Maintain and enhance model environments, templates, and estimating tools based on new platform features or updates.
- Conduct system audits to ensure consistency and adoption of best practices.
- Develop and update system documentation and training materials.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align ServiceTitan initiatives across operating companies.
- Provide clear communication on system updates, process improvements, and training initiatives.
- Collaborate with Finance and BI teams to maintain reporting accuracy and data integrity.
- 3–5 years of hands\-on ServiceTitan experience in implementation, configuration, or administration beyond day\-to\-day use (2–3 years may be considered in a high\-volume M\&A setting).
- Strong skills in data imports, validation, migrations, and integrations.
- Advanced Excel proficiency, including complex formula building.
- Excellent project management, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
- Highly detail\-oriented and capable of owning tasks independently.
- Ability and willingness to travel 50–70% for on\-site work.
- Self\-starter who thrives in fast\-paced, evolving environments.
- ServiceTitan Certified Administrator (or working toward it).
- Experience in the roofing or home services industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Familiarity with related platforms such as Paylocity, Sage Intacct, or Call Center AI tools.
