Duties
- Assist with talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates through ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like iCIMS, Taleo, or Workday, and coordinating interviews through platforms such as Salesforce or Oracle HCM.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires are welcomed and integrated seamlessly into the organization.
- Maintain accurate HR data entry and recordkeeping in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, UltiPro, or Paychex.
- Contribute to benefits administration by processing enrollments, changes, and inquiries related to health plans, workers' compensation claims, and other employee benefits.
- Assist in employee evaluation processes, performance management initiatives, and training \& development programs to promote continuous growth.
- Support HR sourcing efforts by managing social media channels for recruitment campaigns and promoting employer branding initiatives.
- Help coordinate employee relations activities, conflict management efforts, and compliance with OSHA regulations to foster a safe and respectful work environment.
- Proven experience in administrative roles within human resources or related fields.
- Knowledge of human capital management practices, employment \& labor law, FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act), and affirmative action planning.
- Familiarity with HR software tools such as ATS
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using project management principles.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels and external partners.
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while demonstrating high attention to detail in data collection and reporting.
