We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Customer Service \& Administrative Assistant (Virtual Assistant) to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Manage calendar appointments, schedule meetings, and coordinate events using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Handle data entry tasks with accuracy, including updating client records, invoicing, and bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software.
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems and ensure all documents are properly stored and easily accessible.
  • Support office management duties such as answering multi\-line phone systems, front desk responsibilities (virtually), and managing correspondence.
  • Proofread emails, reports, and other documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and professionalism.
  • Assist with personal tasks or project coordination as needed to support team efficiency and productivity.
  • Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or administrative support roles.
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
  • Experience with bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks is preferred.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette skills with experience handling multi\-line phone systems.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required; fluency in additional languages is highly valued.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail in proofreading, data entry, and document management.
  • Prior customer service experience with a focus on providing supportive and friendly assistance.
  • Strong typing skills combined with good organizational habits for managing calendars and scheduling.
  • Personal assistant or virtual assistant experience is advantageous but not mandatory; a proactive attitude is essential.
