Responsibilities
- Manage front desk duties, greeting visitors and directing inquiries with professionalism and warmth
- Operate multi\-line phone systems, handle incoming calls, and relay messages promptly and accurately
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
- Coordinate with governments office and institutions, Government technical collage along with students
- Perform data entry and bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to support financial record\-keeping
- Support office management activities including ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and coordinating repairs or maintenance
- Provide customer support by addressing student or parent questions via phone or email with courteous service
- Proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents to ensure clarity and accuracy
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools for document creation, editing, and collaboration
- Handle clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and organizing educational materials
- Proven office management or administrative experience in an educational or similar setting
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and data entry skills
- Experience with bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks is highly desirable
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast\-paced environment
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse community members
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills for front desk interactions
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy; familiarity with proofreading is advantageous
- Personal assistant experience or calendar management expertise preferred
- Knowledge of multi\-line phone systems and office equipment operation
