- Excellent clinical judgment, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration abilities
- Genuine passion for working with underserved populations
- Prior experience in psychotropic management or behavioral health consultation is a strong advantage, but a commitment to excellent care and willingness to learn is what matters most
