### Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact, handling incoming communications and directing inquiries to appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain meticulous digital and physical filing systems, ensuring data integrity and easy retrieval of information.
  • Coordinate logistics for internal and external events, including venue selection, catering, and guest invitations.
  • Process expense reports and manage office supply inventory, optimizing resource utilization.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and proactive problem\-solving.
  • ### Required Qualifications

  • Proven 3\+ years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and strong typing skills.
