Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain detailed calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives
- Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and handling multi\-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Prepare, proofread, and organize correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Coordinate office management tasks including filing, data entry, record keeping, and supply inventory control
- Provide exceptional customer support through phone etiquette, email communication, and in\-person interactions
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software as needed
- Support personal assistant duties such as event planning, task prioritization, and time management for executives
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role within an office environment
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast\-paced setting
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clients and team members effectively
- Experience with front desk operations, multi\-line phone systems, and phone etiquette is essential
- Knowledge of office management procedures including filing systems, proofreading documents, and calendar management
- Personal assistant or medical/dental receptionist experience is a plus but not required
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally

Pay: $125,000\.00 \- $155,000\.00 per year
