Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail\-oriented Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our team. Duties: Oversee phone systems and ensure prompt and professional handling of all calls \- Handle incoming phone calls and setting appointments for our service customers \- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism \- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and record keeping \- Assist with administrative tasks as needed Qualifications: \- Previous experience in Auto Dealership is preferred \- Proficient in CDK Dealer management system and other office technology is preferred \- Exceptional schedule management skills \- If you are a highly organized individual with administrative and phone skills, we would love to hear from you.
