We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and detail\-oriented Assistant to help keep things running smoothly. This role is a mix of personal support and office administration to our company Vice President. If you’re a problem\-solver who can switch gears quickly and speaks both English and Spanish fluently.

Must be able to work independently \& cooperate with others on teams, listen and communicate clearly orally and in writing with people from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds \& be consistently willing to help others.

This is a fast paced, team environment looking for applicants with strong organization skills.

Responsibilities:

  • · Work directly with our Company’s Vice president and senior management team.
  • · Work closely with Vice PresidentHandling errands, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments or trave and other projects some of which require the utmost confidentiality.
  • Answering calls, organizing digital/physical files, and handling correspondence in both English and Spanish.
  • Acting as a point of contact between the manager, clients, and vendors.
  • Assisting with basic data entry, research, or event coordination as requested.
  • Qualification:

    · High School Graduate

    · Office work: 1 years (Preferred)

    · Microsoft Office (Word, Excel): 1 years (Preferred)

    · Microsoft Outlook: 1 year (Preferred)

    Most days Monday to Friday 08:00 AM to 5:00 PM, but you’re willing to stay until 6:00 PM if a project or task is down to the wire.
