We are seeking an energetic and detail\-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly, determine their needs, and direct them appropriately
  • Manage our office phone with professionalism and courtesy, handling inquiries and routing calls effectively
  • Maintain organized front desk area, including filing, data entry, and document proofreading
  • Schedule appointments and calendar management using our EHR system
  • Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and supporting patient needs
  • Assist with clerical duties including typing reports, maintaining records, and supporting administrative projects
  • Ensure phone etiquette standards are upheld during all interactions to promote a positive image of the organization
  • Qualifications

  • Office experience with strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast\-paced environment
  • Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred; experience in dental or medical receptionist roles is a plus
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
  • Bilingual abilities (Spanish) are highly desirable to support diverse client needs
  • Familiarity with scheduling, data entry, filing procedures, and office management tools such as QuickBooks is preferred
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and demonstrate effective time management skills
  • Personal assistant or calendar management experience is advantageous for supporting executive schedules
