Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the organization
  • Answer and route multi\-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, maintaining excellent phone etiquette
  • Manage appointment scheduling and calendar management using tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and correspondence
  • Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all office supplies are stocked and accessible
  • Assist with clerical duties including typing, photocopying, and supporting administrative projects as needed
  • Experience

  • Previous office experience or clerical experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in computer literacy
  • Excellent phone etiquette skills
  • Experience in customer service roles that require effective communication and problem\-solving skills
  • Knowledge of office management procedures such as filing systems, data entry, and calendar management
  • Personal assistant or medical/dental receptionist experience is a plus but not required
