We are seeking a highly organized and detail\-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in a part time role, with the possibility of being full time in the future. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive support to ensure the smooth operation of our office to the Office Manager and Operations staff. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in various office software.
Duties
- Manage calendars and schedule interviews using Microsoft Outlook Calendar
- Provide administrative support to the overall operation of a busy Security office
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents
- Handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Provide clerical support
- Fingerprint for the public, as well as for internal hires
- Maintain the cleanliness of the office
- Proven administrative experience in an office environment is essential
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks
