Admin \& Bookkeeping Assistant

About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail\-oriented Admin \& Bookkeeping Assistant to support our day\-to\-day financial and office operations. This role focuses primarily on accurate data entry into QuickBooks, along with light administrative support.
This is a steady, low\-drama role ideal for someone who is organized, consistent, and takes pride in keeping things accurate and up to date.
Responsibilities:Bookkeeping Support (Primary):
- Enter credit card transactions into QuickBooks.
- Input vendor bills, utility bills, and expenses.
- Maintain accurate categorization and records.
- Organize receipts and supporting documentation.
- Assist with month\-end preparation.
- Answer and route phone calls (low volume).
- Provide general office support as needed.
- Assist with basic coordination and organization tasks.
- 1–3 years of administrative or bookkeeping experience preferred.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks (or similar accounting software).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Organized and dependable with good follow\-through.
- Comfortable handling routine, repetitive tasks.
- Professional and courteous communication skills.
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems.
- Experience working in a small business environment.
