Overview
* Customer Service Orientation: A friendly demeanor and a commitment to providing excellent service are vital for creating a positive first impression.
* Calling prospective students. Cold calls, manage student and client services, and handle administrative and financial tasks. Key responsibilities include scheduling appointments for students for admission, answering phones, maintaining student and financial records, ordering supplies, and providing support to faculty and staff. Strong math skills.
Duties
- Schedule prospective student's appointments and manage student barber schedules.
- Handle inquiries from students, parents, and the public regarding college operations and student services.
- Manage student records, including attendance and enrollment information.
- Maintain organized and confidential student and financial records.
- Order and manage office supplies, as well as student kits or other educational materials.
- Use office software to create documents, spreadsheets, and reports.
- Manage and process student financial aid applications
- Conduct financial analysis to determine eligibility, review documentation, and verify compliance with federal, state, and institutional policies.

Qualifications

Pay: $15\.00 \- $16\.00 per hour
