Duties
- Manage calendar schedules using Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace, ensuring appointments are coordinated efficiently.
- Provide executive administrative support, including preparing documents, proofreading materials, and managing correspondence with professionalism and accuracy.
- Assist with event planning, coordinating logistics for meetings, conferences, and company events from start to finish.
- Handle data entry tasks with precision using Microsoft Office tools and QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial record keeping.
- Support office management activities such as filing, maintaining office supplies, answering multi\-line phone systems, and managing front desk responsibilities.
- Conduct transcription and clerical tasks including proofreading documents, data entry, and document organization.
- Utilize strong phone etiquette to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members while providing excellent customer service.
- Proven administrative experience in an office environment or as a personal assistant.
- Demonstrated skills in project coordination, event planning, and office management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace applications, and familiarity with Office 365 tools.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast\-paced setting.
- Excellent typing speed combined with attention to detail for proofreading and transcription tasks.
- Knowledge of multi\-line phone systems, calendar management tools like Microsoft Outlook Calendar, and electronic signature platforms such as DocuSign is highly desirable.
