Responsibilities:
Operational Management: Oversee daily logistics and supply chain activities, including order processing, warehouse management, and customer support functions, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Resource Optimization: Ensure that the premises, assets, and communication channels are used effectively to support operational workflows and minimize delays.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, warehouse staff, and customers to ensure alignment of service levels and delivery expectations.
Order Supervision: Supervise incoming and outgoing orders, coordinate the stocking of raw materials and equipment, and ensure that inventory levels meet operational and production needs.
Supply Chain Oversight: Manage the entire supply chain process from the initial order or raw material procurement to receipt in the warehouse, and finally, to delivery to the customer.
Shipment Planning: Plan, schedule, and track the shipment of finished products, ensuring adherence to customer requirements and delivery deadlines.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs and records of warehouse stock levels, executed orders, shipment details, and other relevant documentation.
Reporting: Prepare and deliver detailed reports on shipping activities, inventory status, and order fulfillment performance for upper management review.
Requirements:
Proven experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain management roles.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and record management.
Experience in customer service is preferred, demonstrating ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple processes simultaneously.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to coordinate various tasks and priorities efficiently.
Strong problem\-solving skills, with the capacity to respond quickly to operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
Outstanding interpersonal skills, a service\-oriented mindset, and a high sense of ownership and accountability.
Pay: $2,876\.92 \- $6,643\.11 per month
