At ResilientRx, we combine orthopedic and pelvic floor PT with nervous system regulation, trauma\-informed care, fascia and lymph work, somatics, and whole\-person healing. We're looking for a teammate who is all in. We are a niche clinic mainly working with people who have not found answers in the traditional healthcare and PT model. This includes people with chronic pain, PTSD, hypermobility, Ehlers Danlos, pelvic floor dysfunction and more.
We are looking for someone who can assist the clinic with the following tasks:

- Assisting the day\-to\-day tasks such as faxing, communicating with doctors offices and other practice owners
- Assisting with sales calls and customer calls
- Maintaining systems organization via Notion (project management tool)
- Keeping track of referrals
- Assisting with monitoring metrics (ie phone calls, conversion of the calls etc)
- Able to monitoring the phones
- Assist with greeting patients, taking them off our vibro\-acoustic bed, organizing the office, ordering supplies
- Maintain ongoing communication with staff (in person or in slack)

\*Feels comfortable taking about pelvic floor questions with clients or future clients (we will train you)
\*Has experience with customer service and/or sales
\*Assist with using Canva, and social media (will train)

\\Note the position is mainly in\-person. We need in person help only when we have patients scheduled. We are out of the clinic on Wednesday but may need phone coverage that day depending on the week.
Below is an idea of the hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday Friday: 10 AM \- 3 PM
Wednesday: virtual as needed
