At the Escamilla Selling Las Cruces Team, we put our clients first. With a high volume of transactions each month, we’re looking for someone who can help us deliver an exceptional experience through strong administrative support and attention to detail This role is primarily administrative and ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes\- handling data entry, managing documents, and keeping things organized. There will also be opportunities to assist with open houses and grow into a more active role over time. This position offers plenty of room for growth. In addition to a starting pay of $15/hour, you’ll have the opportunity to earn commission on any homes you help sell. We’ll teach you everything you need to know\-just bring a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn!

Overview of Real Estate Assistant Position:

    Duties

  • Assist real estate agents with scheduling appointments, property showings, and open houses to maximize client engagement
  • Prepare and organize all necessary documentation, including contracts, disclosures, and legal paperwork related to real estate transactions
  • Manage client communications through phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms to provide timely updates and support
  • Conduct market research and help develop marketing strategies to promote listings effectively across various channels
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, inspectors, and lenders to facilitate seamless transaction progress
  • Maintain organized records of transactions, appointments, and client interactions for easy retrieval and compliance purposes
  • Support the team with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate administration or related fields is preferred; strong organizational skills are essential
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual candidates are highly encouraged)
  • Knowledge of real estate law, contracts, and negotiation techniques to assist effectively during transactions
  • Strong sales aptitude combined with customer service skills that foster positive relationships with clients and team members
  • Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast\-paced environment
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms to support listing promotion efforts
  • Prior experience with real estate administrative tasks or sales experience is a plus
