We are currently hiring a dependable and detail\-driven Data Entry Clerk to support our daily operations in the company Americas 21 st Inc . This role involves entering, updating, and organizing information across different systems and platforms. The ideal candidate is someone who can maintain accuracy, stay organized, and handle repetitive tasks efficiently in a busy work environment. Your work will directly contribute to keeping internal records accurate and accessible.
Duties
- Accurately input and update data in company databases and internal systems, including ERP platforms
- Review and validate information to ensure accuracy before processing
- Maintain structured and organized records, both digital and paper\-based
- Collect and compile data from multiple sources when needed
- Use Excel to manage data, perform basic calculations, and assist with reporting tasks
- Assist with order processing by recording and updating transaction details
- Convert handwritten documents or audio recordings into digital files with attention to detail
- Background in data entry, administrative support, or similar work is preferred
- Comfortable using computers, including Excel and general office software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high level of accuracy
- Good typing speed
- Basic understanding of data handling, filing systems, and record organization
- Ability to perform simple calculations for data verification
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks
- Previous office experience is an advantage but not required
