katie \+ hubbell is a clothing boutique on 4th Street in St Petersburg, Florida. katie \+ hubbell sells curated preowned Anthropologie clothing, shoes, accessories and home décor. Most items are new with tags. We also have a small selection of preloved clothing in excellent used condition and buy Anthropologie from our customers.
The St Pete location is our flagship store with more locations sprouting in future years, giving all of the team room for advancement as the business grows over the next few years.
About the role:
As a Sales Associate, you will be a partner of the success of the store, working directly with the owner in fine tuning every aspect of the business. You will serve our customers, play a role in our social media posts, execute monthly store events, and drive store sales from your wealth of retail knowledge. You will be heavily leaned upon to ensure that customers are receiving a high level of service and ensuring a great time for both your coworkers and the customers. If you love Anthropologie and have an ownership mentality, you will love working with katie \+ hubbell.
Ideal Candidate Experience:
- 1–2 years of recent women’s clothing retail experience
- Administrative experience preferred but not required
- Must be over 18 yrs old
- Available weekends, and holidays. Weekday shifts available too.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Proficient with technology, including an ability to operate store systems accurately
- A professional maturity and a zest to learn the business
- Must be dependable.

Hours:
There are two part time positions open. All sale associates must work at least one week per month. Weekday shifts are also available. We attempt to keep a recurring schedule each month based on your availability.
