We’re a growing residential remodeling company specializing in custom decks, outdoor living spaces, and interior renovations. We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Construction Administrator / Project Coordinator to help keep our projects, clients, and team running smoothly.

This is a key role in our company. You’ll work closely with ownership and project managers to ensure projects stay organized, clients are informed, and nothing falls through the cracks.

What You’ll Do

This role is a mix of project coordination, client communication, and operational support.

Project Coordination

  • Set up and manage project files in Buildertrend \& Google Drive
  • Coordinate permits, scheduling, and project logistics
  • Communicate regularly with homeowners and provide updates
  • Support project managers with documentation, scheduling, and follow\-through
  • Track invoices, receipts, and project progress
  • Client \& Team Communication

  • Serve on a team as a main point of contact for homeowners during projects
  • Respond to calls, emails, and messages in a timely, professional manner
  • Coordinate between office, field crews, and clients
  • Marketing \& Lead Management

  • Respond to inbound leads and schedule consultations
  • Track and organize lead pipeline
  • Help manage social media (2\+ posts per week) and project updates
  • Assist with review generation and online presence
  • Administrative \& Operational Support

  • Organize files, systems, and documentation across projects
  • Support hiring efforts (job postings, applicant tracking)
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping (receipt tracking, expense organization)
  • Work with ownership to stay organized across projects and priorities
  • What We’re Looking For

  • Highly organized and detail\-oriented
  • Strong, emotionally intelligent communicator (written and verbal)
  • Able to manage multiple projects and priorities at once
  • Proactive and solution\-oriented
  • Comfortable in a fast\-paced, small business environment
  • Experience with Buildertrend, CRM systems, or construction admin is a plus
  • Bookkeeping or administrative experience preferred

    Position Details

    * Full\-time, salaried ($47,000–$52,000/year depending on experience)

    * Hybrid role (in\-office Tuesdays \& Fridays, remote flexibility other days)
