The Opportunity

We are seeking a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer who is looking for hands\-on mentorship, industry training, and a clear, structured path to becoming a top\-producing, full\-time MLO. Role Responsibilities
This hybrid role directly supports the Branch Manager with the critical operational flow of the loan process. Your day\-to\-day will include:
* Pipeline Management: Assisting with overall loan processing from application to clear\-to\-close within a high\-volume environment.
* Condition Gathering: Proactively collecting, reviewing, and organizing borrower documentation.
* High\-Touch Communication: Acting as a primary point of contact for clients, our Century 21 real estate partners, and lenders to ensure seamless transaction updates.
* Shadowing \& Development: Learning the intricacies of lead conversion, client consultation, and modern mortgage marketing.
Qualifications
* Active NMLS License is REQUIRED.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a detail\-driven mindset.
- Strong, professional communication skills (written and verbal).
- A client\-focused attitude with a desire to deliver an elevated customer experience.
- Eagerness to learn, highly coachable, and motivated by performance\-based growth.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus.

Pay \& Benefits
* Pay: Commission\-based structure with a realistic first\-year target of $60,000\.
* Work Environment: Hybrid (Office/Home flexibility).
* Growth: Direct mentorship from the Branch Manager, exposure to top\-producing real estate teams, and a dedicated development plan to transition into a full MLO.
Pay: $50,576\.22 \- $60,909\.00 per year
